The Epitome of Cute

In this Sunday page, Grace Drayton spins an amusing tale of a little girl trying to cope with the presence of a baby brother in her family. Wide-eyed Dimples closely resembles Drayton's Campbell Kid, and projects a charm that characterizes her other creations including Dotty Dimple, The Turr'ble Tales of Kaptin Kiddo, as well her paper dolls. Drayton also painted portraits and joined the Plastic Club, founded by women illustrators for women artists.
