How to Prevent Bias?

As her cartoons for Ms. Magazine in the 1980s demonstrate, Signe Wilkinson addressed women's issues early in her career. Her talent for tackling such serious topics as pay inequality with strong doses of humor is evident in this and many other cartoons on a wide variety of issues. The first woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning, Wilkinson began her career at the San Jose Mercury News, then moved to the Philadelphia Daily News.
