-  Summary of audio segment: CF says up to about 10 years ago, 90 percent of clients were Italian. Recently, there are a lot of Spanish people, and in order to serve them, have to speak Spanish. So CF has picked up a little Spanish, enough to talk with customers, and help out with their problems. And now, 90 percent of customers are Spanish. And they come back because the partners talk Spanish to them, and make them feel at home. CF learned Spanish by interacting with customers, by asking, etc. And not too hard because Spanish and Italian are alike, most of the words. So being Italian helped a lot. It didn't help much with English, but it helped with Spanish. The English has been really difficult, but CF didn't go to school, whatever he picked up he picked up on his own.
