-  Summary of audio segment: AC became an interpreter in the court house in Paterson so he could study for the bar examination, worked there for 1 year and 4 or 5 months. A year after he started the job he took and passed the bar exam. He began to practice as an attorney in January 1975. Worked for another lawyer for almost 3 years, then opened his own office on Main Street for another 3 years, then moved here, to 998 Madison Avenue [at the corner of 21st Avenue]. AC practiced by himself for many years, then his son graduated and spent 3 years working for Legal Aid in Newark, then joined his father at his firm. That was 1985.
