Human Resources Services is offering an opportunity for a qualified individual at the GS-14 level to serve on a full-time, 120-day temporary promotion to the GS-15 level OR a qualified individual at the GS-15 level (no promotion) to serve on a full-time 120-day detail as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and work under the general supervision of the Director, HR Programs, who establishes and/or defines broad program objectives, policies and projects. As the Acting Chief Learning Officer, the incumbent manages the day-to-day operations of 3 teams: Performance Management, Training Services, and Development Programs. As the Acting Chief Learning Officer, the incumbent provides oversight, guidance and a wide range of technical, quality control and assurance to the staff, and advisory services to all offices/service units of the Library.
