Biographies W.D. Wetherell (1948-)

W.D. Wetherell was born on Long Island, New York, in 1948. He is the author of more than 20 short story collections, essay collections, nonfiction works, and novels. He has received two NEA Creative Writing Fellowships, three O’Henry Awards for short stories, the Due Heinz Literature Prize, and the Strauss Living Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. He lives in Lyme, New Hampshire.
