Under 'new regulations -issued by the United 'States Treasury department on June
1, all-persons who had any interest, direct or indirect, in foreign property on
May 31, 1943, must file a report relating to such property on or before Aug. 31 pt
this year, according to Irvih Lechliter, project attorney, who will be in his office
in the Sentinel building to aid residents at any time.
